Construction Solutions Inc. President and CEO Jason Hambrecht demonstrated his commitment to CSI’s high-quality engineering and contracting services by taking an ownership stake in the company in 2012. With his hands-on approach, Jason is focused on expanding the high-quality restoration, construction and project management services that he has been providing since 2005, when he joined CSI as a project manager.
Jason provided state-of-the-art diagnostic testing and documentation of leaks and other building issues. He’s overseen building, contracting and managing of construction projections of all sizes. Jason has written building evaluation reports, turnover reports and capital reserve studies. He has served as an expert witness in litigation and provided support for construction warranties.
As a former community association manager, Jason understands how important it is to keep clients educated and informed about projects. He strives to build strong working relationships with association board members, community association managers, property managers and owners.
Jason was responsible for managing all operations of high-end, oceanfront condominiums while working as a community association manager for Amelia Island Management between 2002 and 2005. He worked with design professionals to implement repair work, managed the bidding and contracting of projects and participated in restorations ranging from small repairs to major overhauls.
While Jason has built his career managing restoration and construction projects, his previous career found him managing a different sort of project. Jason attended Brevard Community College and Santa Fe College.
