Assistance to Owners & Property Managers
Our Cradle to Grave approach provides critical services for Owners and Property Managers. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluation of building components, conducts forensic distress evaluations, perform destructive and non-destructive testing, and prepare retrofit/remediation/repair drawings and specifications.
- We seek qualified repair contractors, assist with development of contracts and advise owners regarding payments for repair work.
- We provide coordination and quality assurance oversight for the implementation of repair plans.
- We develop continuing maintenance plans that provide maintenance personnel with direction and a means for recording their activities.
We help the design / build team to test building systems and to evaluate latent post-construction project issues.
Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- We help the team respond to significant warranty issues and to formulate economical repair plans for critical building systems.
- We can provide experienced management personnel for repair oversight to help insure that the repair work complies with the repair plan.
- We help the team to develop facility maintenance plans to insure that proper envelope maintenance guidance is provided to the owner and that the owner has a means of recording their maintenance and repair activities.

Litigation Support
We are unique in our ability to provide intensive support on many litigation matters including, but not limited to:
- Expert witness testimony and services for building envelope, fenestration, and structural systems
- Opinions as to compliance with applicable building code and/or original drawing and specification requirements
- Forensic evaluation and testing to determine sources of building distress
- Provide repair solutions to diagnosed distress items and orchestrate contractor pricing to facilitate mediation agreements and repair implementation
